InternetServiceProvider(InternetServiceProvider),referredtoasISP,referstoItisanoperatorwhoprovidesthefollowinginformationservicestothepublic:oneisaccessservice,whichhelpsusersaccesstheInternet;theotherisnavigationservice,whichhelpsusersfindtheinformationtheyneedontheInternet;thethirdisinformationservice,whichistoestablishdataTheservicesystemcollects,processes,andstoresinformation,maintainsandupdatesregularly,andprovidesinformationcontentservicestousersthroughtheInternet.
RightsandObligations
Internetserviceprovidersshallbearcorrespondinglegalliabilitiesfortheirinfringements.Fromtheperspectiveofe-commerceinthenarrowsense(ieonlinetransactions),thesubjectofe-commercelegalrelationshipistheparticipantofonlinetransaction,whichreferstothepersonwhoparticipatesinonlinetransactionandenjoysrightsandassumesobligationsinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthee-commercelaw.Includingonlinetransactionpartiesandonlinetransactionserviceproviders.Onlinetransactionparties,alsoknownasonlinetransactionentities,refertoonlinetransactionparticipantswhodirectlyconcludesalescontractsorservicecontractsviatheInternet.Amongthem,thepartythatusestheInternettosellgoodsorprovideservicesistheseller,andthepartythatusestheInternettobuygoodsorobtainservicesisthebuyer.Internettradingserviceproviderscanbedividedintotwocategories:onlinetradingplatformprovidersandonlinetradingauxiliaryserviceproviders.
TherightsandobligationsofInternettradingserviceproviders(includingonlinetradingplatformprovidersandonlinetradingauxiliaryserviceproviders)areasfollows:
(1) Providealegalsubjectqualificationcertificate.(2)Standardize operas et emendas systema. (3) Informationis clausurae. (4) Serva ordinem negotiorum. ( 5 ) Pone rem utentium et prote- gantum et studium consumendi.
Quomodo facitur
IhavealreadytouchedonthedefinitionoftheInternet.TheInternetisaworld-classnetworkconnectedtomanynetworks.Inaddition,theconnectednetworkisnotamessyperformance,butanInternetformedbyinterconnectingInternetserviceproviders(ISPs)onthebackbonenetwork.
ISPisanenvironmentthatmaintainsacontinuousconnectionwiththeInternetandprovidestheenvironmenttothegeneralpublic.WecanconnecttotheInternetbyaccessingtheISP(andtheaccessenvironmentprovidedbydifferentISPswillDifferent).
AnditisclassifiedaccordingtowhethertheISPisdirectlyconnectedtothebackbonenetworkorindirectlyconnectedtothebackbonenetworkthroughanISPdirectlyconnectedtothebackbonenetwork.Theformeriscalledthefirst-tierprovider,andthelatteriscalledthesecond-tierprovider(therearealsothird-tierproviders).
