Howthebatterypackworks

Batterypackshavecharging,dischargingandfloatingchargingmodes,andthefloatingchargingmodeisusuallyadopted.Becausethefloatingchargecurrentnotonlycompensatesfortheself-dischargelossofthebatterypack,butalsocancarryapartoftheDCload,sothatthebatterypackisalwaysinafullychargedstate,andonlyatthemomentofclosingcanthebatterypackprovidealargecurrent.Thisworkingmethoddoesnotrequirefrequentcharginganddischarging,prolongstheservicelifeofthebattery,andreducestheworkloadofoperationandmaintenance,soitiswidelyused.

Theinstallationofthebatterypack

Theinstallationpositionofthebatteryofthesmallphotovoltaicpowergenerationsystemshouldbeascloseaspossibletothesolarcellandthecontroller;TheinvertersandACpowerdistributioncabinetsaredividedintoseparaterooms.Theinstallationlocationshouldensuregoodventilation,convenientdrainage,andpreventhightemperature.Theambienttemperatureshouldbekeptbetween10~25℃asfaraspossible.

Insulationmeasuresshouldbetakenbetweenthebatteryandtheground,andwoodenboardsorotherinsulatorsshouldbeusedtopreventthebatteryfromshort-circuitingthegroundanddischarging.Iftherearealargenumberofbatteries,theycanbeinstalledonadedicatedbatterysupport,andthesupportmustbegroundedreliably.

Afterthebatteryisinstalled,thetotalvoltageofthebatteryandthevoltageofasinglebatteryshouldbemeasured,andthevoltageofthesinglebatteryshouldbeequal.Whenwiring,distinguishthepositiveandnegativepolestoensurethequalityofthewiring.

Thebatterypoleandthewiringmustbeinclosecontact,andalayerofpetroleumjellyoilfilmshouldbeappliedtothepoleandtheconnectionpointtopreventcorrosionandrustfromcausingpoorcontact.

Currently,thebatteriesusedinmycountry'ssolarcellpowergenerationsystemaremainlylead-acidbatteriesandcadmium-nickelbatteries.Forlead-acidbatteriesabove200Ah,fixedorindustrialsealedmaintenance-freelead-acidbatteriesaregenerallyused;forlead-acidbatteriesbelow200Ah,small-sizedsealedmaintenance-freelead-acidbatteriesaregenerallyused.
