Ingeneral,thepurposeoftheexperimentistofindouttherelationshipbetweenthetransformationofwelfarebenefitsandproductionefficiency.However,aftermorethantwoyearsofexperiments,ithasbeenfoundthatnomatterhowthewelfarebenefitsarechanged(includingchangesinwagepaymentmethods,increasesordecreasesinpreferentialmeasures,andincreasesordecreasesinresttime,etc.),itdoesnotaffectthecontinuousincreaseinoutput,andevenworkersthemselveshaveanimpactonproductionefficiency.Thereasonfortheincreaseisalsounclear.

Afterfurtheranalysis,itisfoundthatthemainreasonsleadingtotheincreaseinproductionefficiencyareasfollows:1.Thehonorofparticipatingintheexperiment.Atthebeginningoftheexperiment,thesixfemaleworkerswhoparticipatedintheexperimentwerecalledintotheminister'sofficetotalk,andtheythoughtitwasagreathonor.Thisshowsthatthesenseofpridethatisvaluedcanobviouslypromotepeople'senthusiasm.2.Goodrelationshipbetweenmembers.Finally,itisconcludedthat"changesinsupervisionandcontrolmethodscanimproveinterpersonalrelationships,improveworkers'workingattitudes,andpromoteproduction."
