Precautionsforuse

1.Thesize"B"oftheliquidheaterintheoutlinedimensiondrawingmustbecompletelyimmersedinoiltoavoidburningthecomponents.Theheatedoilshouldbenon-corrosive.

2.TheworkingfluidlevelofSRY3typemustbebelowthefastenerandabovethedimensionline"B".

3.Whenmeltingbitumen,paraffinandothersolidoils,thevoltageshouldbeloweredforuse,andthenraisedtotheratedvoltageaftermelting.Inordertopreventthepowerconcentrationfromreducingtheservicelifeofthecomponents.

4.Whenitisfoundthatthereiscarbononthesurfaceofthetube,itmustberemovedbeforeuse,soasnottoreducetheefficiencyorevenburnoutthecomponents.

5.Thecomponentsshouldbestoredoutofdryness.Iftheinsulationresistancedropsbelow1megohmduetolong-termstorage,theycanbedriedinanovenatabout200°Cforseveralhours(orpassthecomponentthroughseveralHours),orrestoretheinsulationresistance.
