Environmental sensor

Environmental sensors are high quality instruments preferred by scientific research, teaching, laboratories, soil and fertilizer stations of agricultural departments, agricultural science institutes and related agricultural environmental monitoring departments.

The scope of

Environmental sensors including: soil temperature sensor, air temperature and humidity sensor, rainfall evaporation sensors, sensor, light sensor, wind speed and direction sensor, etc., can not only accurate measurements of relevant environmental information, also can and PC to realize networking, satisfy user analyte in a sample test, record and storage of data.

Soil temperature sensor

Specialized in measuring the temperature of the soil. The range is mostly -40~120℃. Usually connected to the analog collector.

Most soil temperature sensors adopt PT1000 platinum thermal resistance, whose resistance value will change with the change of temperature. When PT1000 is at 0℃, its resistance value is 1000 ohms, and its resistance value will grow uniformly with the rise of temperature. Based on this characteristic of PT1000, an imported chip is used to design a circuit to convert the resistance signal into the voltage or current signal commonly used in the acquisition instrument.

The output signal of the soil temperature sensor is divided into resistance signal, voltage signal and current signal.

The soil temperature sensor of voltage and current signal needs to add a transmission module, which is usually cast with epoxy resin that is coagulable, hard, strong and not easily damaged after curing.

Usually buried in the surface of the soil, but can also be measured in layers. An earth drill can be used to dig a hole of ideal depth at a selected test point in the ground to bury the sensor. It can be observed in the long field.

Air humidity sensor

The air humidity sensor is mainly used to measure the air humidity. The induction component adopts the moisture sensitive capacitor of polymer film, which is located at the head of the rod. The dielectric constant of this kind of dielectric with humidity sensitive property changes with the relative humidity. Air humidity sensor is mainly used for meteorological observation, environmental control, dew point measurement, drying treatment, greenhouse, plant cultivation, museum, exhibition (museum), paper manufacturing, storage, process control, breeding control, textile manufacturing, storage recommended use.

The standard air humidity sensor is equipped with a special radiation shield to protect the sensor from solar radiation and rain. Make sensor installation and maintenance very simple. Sensors can be installed and calibrated without removing the radiation shield. The white outer surface can reflect the direct sunlight energy.

Rainfall sensor

Precipitation sensor is a kind of automatic measuring instrument of precipitation.

The sensor is also used for automatic measurement of precipitation instruments, mainly composed of water bearing device, filter funnel, tipping hopper, dry reed pipe, base and special measuring cup, etc. The precipitation flows into the dump through the water trap and a filter bucket. When the dump flows into a certain amount of rain, the dump turns over, emptied the water in the dump, and another bucket begins to receive water. Each flip action of the dump is transformed into a pulse signal (1 pulse is 0.1mm) through the dry reed pipe and transmitted to the acquisition system. The measuring range of the instrument is 0-4mm/min.

Atmospheric environment sensor

The atmospheric environment sensor is a gas sensor component of the automobile electronic control engine. It transmits the signal to the ECU unit by measuring the inlet pressure, temperature and humidity of the gas entering the engine cylinder, and corrects the air-fuel ratio by integrating the data of other sensors with the ECU. The atmospheric environment sensor is generally installed in the pipe between the air filter and the air supercharger. If the engine crankcase vent leads to the air line in front of the supercharger, the environmental sensor must be installed upstream of the crankcase vent to avoid contamination of the sensor probe.
