芬兰位于欧洲北部，是世界上最北国家之一，芬兰东部约有1300公里的边界与俄罗斯接壤，北部与瑞典和挪威交界，南临芬兰湾和波罗地海，西濒波的尼亚湾，蜿蜒曲折的海岸线长达1100公里。芬兰在CS届有着举足轻重的地位，就是这样一个国家从来不缺乏天才，diGitaL就是当中的佼佼者。

人物生平

部分玩家认识diGitaL基本来自于他效力ocr.D-Link.fi和xP.se的颠峰时期。diGitaL属于那种各方面比较全面的类型，以稳健见长，尽管目前芬兰国内的战队在欧洲以及世界上并没有出色的表演，所以diGitaL的能力只有在瑞典战队中发泄了，他率领xP.se在第七届欧洲杯最终战胜英国老牌强队4K而一举夺魁。diGitaL在芬兰国家队中还是威风八面，两届赛季欧洲国家杯亚军的成绩足以说明，比赛中也充分展示了他的真正实力。

笔者在irc当中采访diGitaL中他表示：“亚洲队伍要想提高，首先要在亚洲各级比赛中取得好成绩，然后尽可能的挤进世界一流的赛事中磨练，我了解到他们有很好的技术，但在体能和意志以及反应上方面同欧洲高水平的队伍相比还有较大的差距，但这是一个漫长的过程。”

diGitaL在谈话中谈到了体能，这点不得不说，为什么把活动的成效作为疲劳指标呢？因为随着疲劳因素的发展和增强，人的能力必然要出现明显变化。也就是说，在长时间训练的影响下，人的能力往往下降，而这种工作能力的下降，因此，能力的下降就成了疲劳状态的最重要的方面。那么长时间的战队训练并不是合理的结合。
