Organization
Thecentralgovernmentsofvariouscountriesintheworldhavedifferentnames,suchastheStateCouncil,theCouncilofState,theCouncilofMinisters,cabinet.Itsorganizationalformisalsodifferent.Somegovernmentsarecomposedofpoliticalpartiesorcoalitionsofpoliticalpartiesthatoccupythemajorityofseatsintheparliament.Theyareresponsibletotheparliament.Theparliamenthastherighttosupervisethegovernmentandraisequestions,andevenraiseacaseofnoconfidencetoforcethegovernmenttoresign,suchastheUnitedKingdom.
Somegovernmentstaketheelectedpresidentasthehead,whoisdirectlyorganizedandledbyhim,andisonlyresponsibletothepresidentandnottotheparliament,suchastheUnitedStates.
Othergovernmentsareelectedbytheparliamentandthepresidentresponsiblefortheparliamentistheexecutivehead.Hedirectlyintervenesinthegovernmentcomposedofthecabinetprimeministerandvariousministers.Theparliamenthasthepowertosuperviseandreplacethegovernment,suchasFrance.
ThecentralgovernmentofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaistheStateCouncilofthePeople’sRepublicofChina,theexecutiveorganofthehighestorganofstatepower,andthehighestadministrativeorganofthestate.Itisproducedbythehighestorganofstatepower,theNationalPeople'sCongress,andisresponsibleforitandreportsonitswork.
